Here at A1 Heating & Plumbing (London) Ltd we are completely open, honest and transparent about our fees and charges. Where you see ‘average costs’ indicated this is due to a number of variables that are considered and as it states, it is simply an average estimate to give you a rough idea of costs.

• Next day / Hourly rate - £95.00 
• Half day - £300.00 
• Full day - £500.00 
• Same day callout - Monday - Friday (8am - 7pm) - £150.00

Outside of the above working hours (inc Saturday and Sunday) - £175.00

• Gas Safety Inspection or Boiler Service - £95.00 
• Gas Safety Inspection and Boiler Service together - £120.00 
• Boiler service five star - £135.00 
• Home buyers P & H survey - £120.00 
• Basic boiler installation - £1,500.00 
• Average cost for supplying and fitting a new boiler - £1,800.00 
• Average cost for supplying and fitting a new bathroom - £4,500.00 
• We offer up to 12 years for parts and labour guarantee on selected boilers 

Please note: All prices are subject to VAT. These prices also do not include, ULEZ, Congestion charges and parking charges. These prices are also subject to change. The final price will be displayed on the final invoice separately.
